Our Leadership Team

Meet the dedicated individuals leading RECAF's mission

Maria Mirumu
Program Director
BSc Degree in Statistics from the University of Dar es Salaam. Has extensive expertise in supervising community programs and NGO leadership. Has helped supervise projects related to women empowerment, climate change and solar energy in Ngorongoro and Monduli districts. Previously worked as assistant planning officer.
Agnes Lemur
Women Economic Empowerment Coordinator
Holds Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Dar es Salaam. Has worked as a community educator and trainer and is now leading Women economic empowerment initiatives and women loan hubs.
Isaya John
Project Officer
Holds a BA Sociology Degree with experience and expertise in project management and community engagement.
Lucy Mollel
Treasurer
Holds a diploma in accounting and manages RECAF's financial operations.
